URBAIN gives you complete flexibility. Renting formulas can include or exclude a tire contract. If you choose your own supplier, the vehicle will have to be returned with new tires after the contract period. Upon return, the tires must be the same type as at the start of the contract. 

URBAIN gives you complete flexibility. Insurance can be inclusive or exclusive of the renting formula. When you choose insurance including your renting formula, we provide an excess of maximum € 1,500 (per claim) recovered from the user.

It is mandatory for the government to carry out an annual technical inspection of the vehicle. The inspection must be scheduled by the user in consultation with URBAIN (or a URBAIN partner).

With URBAIN you have the choice of maintenance warranty. If you have chosen to include maintenance in the package, the user can present the vehicle at any time for inspection at an authorized URBAIN service partner. 

Even when a vehicle maintenance is included, the driver must be required to check the vehicle before each trip and take appropriate action if necessary. The injection of the available grease nipples, checking the tire tread and all other visual checks that fall under the "use as a good family man" are the responsibility of the user. All this can be found under the heading " Preventive maintenance " in the vehicle's owner's manual. If in doubt, the user can contact an authorized URBAIN service partner at any time.

Publicity in the form of stickers may be applied to the URBAIN vehicle upon written approval from URBAIN at info@urbain.be. Anything applied to the vehicle by the user with URBAIN's permission must be removed by the user upon return.

The available vehicles in URBAIN FINANCIAL SERVICES should be able to be used as widely as possible to achieve the sustainability objective. URBAIN has the freedom to reduce or expand the available models in accordance with demand. Initial offerings include AGROSTAR, BIOSTAR, ECOSTAR and FERROSTAR models, subject to change.

When starting a renting formula, we commit ourselves for an agreed period of time. Within that period, URBAIN provides the flexibility so that your cost moves with the use of the vehicle. So that we can minimize your off-season costs. After the agreed period, you can choose a new type of vehicle or just continue to use the same vehicle according to your wishes.
